Good cinema at better prices than some other big cinemas. Unfortunately, the technology for this is not as good as in some other cinemas.

This guy at the snack bar was so wild. He was extremely personable and advised me like I've never been able to experience. Five stars simply because of him Well done bro;)

Film hangs And as if that wasn't bad enough, you are told that this problem is known and that you should complain to the boss the next day, otherwise nothing will change. There was no money back either! Never again!

Great cinema

Current blockbusters are always shown, "smaller" films rather rarely. (Almost all films are also available in 3D.) Prices for snacks and drinks are high, but the selection is more than sufficient. Cinemas are clean and the sound is pretty good, even if a bit too loud at times.

Great films and super customer-friendly

Nice, pleasant ambience. Unfortunately we had very little nacho cheese. The can provided for it was not even 1/3 full.

Clean toilets, staff very polite and tried hard to offer an experience despite Covid-19. Definitely eat in the detox beforehand!

Food okay, service as always super friendly, attentive and absolute top service. The only thing you should think about is the correct preparation of spaghetti carbonara. There is more to this than ham and cream. Hence a star deduction. In terms of price in the midfield but absolutely okay in terms of price-performance ratio

Good cinema, unfortunately, in relation to other cinemas, little selection of films in overarching genres. Many children's films in return for a few films for adults.

2 adults and 2 young people with disabilities in the lunch program 29 euros. You can go twice in Neustadt for this. Outrageous prices. Cineplex at any time

Small cinema from the district. Has everything you need, but it's not particularly big and without the exaggerated pomp, as you know from other cinemas. The prices are comparable to conventional cinemas. That means that on a Saturday evening the tickets cost 11.50. Unfortunately, discounts such as student or student discounts are unfortunately not possible for all performances, but are limited to mornings through to afternoons, which I think is a pity, as students don't have any more money in the evening either. Nevertheless, everything was to my satisfaction and the staff was also very nice. I recommend it to others.

Unfortunately fewer films than other cinemas and the staff could be a little friendlier. The restaurant is great!

Yesterday August 6th, 2020 we were in hall 1. Never had so much fun in the cinema as today. Staff super friendly, toilets very clean. At 31 degrees outside temperature - pleasantly cool. Come again.

Good restaurant, but cinema stop ... Little films that are really worth the money. It's not a local problem, it's a general problem.

Large building with many large halls. Restaurant is also included. Now would not have anything to complain about, but apart from the huge parking lot, it can highlight nothing but particularly great. It's just a cinema and you can watch films in it, as usual * g *

There is nothing wrong with the cinemas themselves, and you can eat well in the associated restaurant. Only the entrance area is not well thought out. Here coming and going visitors meet people who are just buying their tickets or standing in line at the snack bar. This creates a decent chaos at peak times.

Nice cinema ?

Very pleasant bistro for the big and small hunger! The food goes from a small side salad over crêpes to hearty Schnitzel. The dishes are reasonably large for the price. So you get a lot for your money. The food tastes very good, is well presented and fresh! The service was friendly. You ordered and ten minutes later you have everything, from the drink to the food. We recommend.
